User Impersonation - a secure, easy way to support users

Today, we're introducing User Impersonation in public beta. Impersonation is a powerful tool for SaaS applications as it allows you to view and interact with your app as your users would. Use impersonation to perform tasks, troubleshoot, and provide support on your user's behalf in a secure, monitored way.

User Impersonation is free for everyone to use while in beta, and will only be available as a premium feature moving forward. Learn more about it here.

M2M Authorization with Access Tokens

Machine-to-machine Tokens just got an upgrade! In addition to client credentials, we’re now supporting user-generated access tokens.

Choose which type of token you want your Tenants or Users to be able to create and their level of access. Similar to client credentials, access tokens can be managed directly from the Admin Portal, including permissions and expiration.

Learn more about M2M Tokens.

Publish changes to your application with confidence

The Builder changelog is now scoped to your entire account and the Review panel is shown when publishing between each stage of production. Now your team can enjoy shared visibility into any changes to your app's appearance or functionality before they're pushed to the next environment.

Gain better control over MFA settings in the UI

You can now change your MFA application name in the UI and your users will see that reflected in their authenticator apps.

We've also added a Remember MFA devices feature. When activated, users logging in from a trusted device will be able to minimize MFA prompts by selecting the 'Don't ask again for X days' option.
