As part of our continuous efforts to prioritize accessibility standards, we are thrilled to announce that our admin portal now has AA-level accessibility that enables users with disabilities to easily navigate and perform multiple actions in the portal. New features include keyboard navigation and functionality, form labels and instructions, HTML focus indicators, and more.
Note that this feature is supported in the following versions:
Vue - v3.0.10
Next.js - v8.0.8
React - v6.0.11
Angular - v6.10.0
We are pleased to say that we’ve added the option to set time expiration for Machine-to-machine (M2M) token types (functionality that is now applicable to both Access and Client Credential token types)— giving you ultimate flexibility to set time-expiration for your tokens, whether it’s for a single day or a full year. Working atop of AWS? Want to have your frontegg monitoring logs blended into your AWS architecture? We are happy to announce that in addition to our Datadog integration, we’ve recently added a new integration with Amazon EventBridge. This allows you to bridge monitoring logs from frontegg to any of your AWS destinations. Learn more .
Scopes allow you to request access to user information that is not necessarily passed by default. We recently added the option to customize the scopes your application can retrieve when your user gives it access. Frontegg currently retrieves the _user profile_ and _user email_ scopes by default, but you can now manually add any scope supported by Google, Github, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple, Slack, and LinkedIn.
We made some optimization infrastructure changes to move to a new custom domain architecture, which brings built-in performance and speed enhancements thanks to utilizing CDN to make login faster and more streamlined. New environments created in frontegg are already running on this new infrastructure. Contact our team if you are an existing customer and want to migrate to the new infrastructure.
